The compulsory section of this qualification covers:
- drawings and job documentation
- measurement and calculations
- tools and equipment
- planning and communication
- making up orders for materials
- knowledge of timber
- labelling packing and stacking prefabricated timber products.
You must also complete at least one of these strands:
Wall frame manufacture
- cut and assemble wall frames
Roof truss manufacture
- cut and assemble roof trusses
