Core compulsory

- legislation
- communication and planning
- materials and products
- use of tools and equipment
- drawings and specifications
- mathematics
- kitchen design concepts
Electives - you must choose at least 1 of the following strands that cover what you'll be doing on-the-job.
Manufacture
- Machinery used for manufacturing

- Manufacturing and assembly of kitchen joinery.
Installation
