BRONSON’S OUTWARD BOUND EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING
At BCITO, our core mission is to empower each of our apprentices on their path to success. To help fulfil this mission, we've gathered a group of 15 extraordinary apprentices to collaborate with us across various industry sectors. These outstanding individuals are known as Apprentice Leaders, and together they constitute the Apprentice Leadership Group.
Today, we're excited to share the transformative journey of Bronson Harfield, one of our Flooring Apprentices, during his experience at the Outward Bound Course. Bronson's experience wasn't just amazing; it was an opportunity for personal development and growth.
Among the many highlights, one stood out prominently for Bronson. It was the opportunity to spend time with the group, fostering strong connections, and growing together as a unit. This close-knit group transformed into a family, creating lifelong friendships along the way.
"I also learned a lot about self-reflection and self-development," Bronson explained. "I discovered how to apply tools we learnt about in the real world. The entire experience was truly indescribable. There are simply no words that can adequately convey the depth of this experience. It helps you embrace discomfort and learn how to get comfortable with it. It's an experience you won't regret.
