At BCITO, we're helping build New Zealand's future by developing the people who build it.

As New Zealand's largest provider of building and construction apprenticeships, we work alongside learners, employers and industry to grow a skilled, capable workforce. We are industry owned and led, and report to Construction Skills New Zealand (CSNZ).

Integrity, Dedication, Innovation, Professionalism and Making a Difference guide everything we do. They shape how we work together, how we support our customers, and how we deliver on our purpose.

The construction sector builds the homes, schools, hospitals and workplaces that Aotearoa relies on. Behind every project are skilled people. At BCITO, we're building the people who build New Zealand -and we'd love you to be part of that journey.

At BCITO, we're proud of the down-to-earth culture we've built. We're a team that works hard, celebrates success and enjoys having fun together.

We're committed to helping our people grow, both professionally and personally, by providing opportunities to learn and develop.
