BCITO came together for a remarkable two-night graduation celebration that honoured the hard work, skill, and dedication of its newest professionals. The event brought together the newest batch of qualified tradespeople, industry leaders, and families in a vibrant display of community spirit and professional pride.

Night One: A Room Full of Achievement

With MC Scott Needham in great form, the first evening welcomed graduates from various trades across the construction industry. The ceremony celebrated achievements in Carpentry, Brick & Block, Glazing, Int Linings, AAJ, Foundation Construction and Supervisor qualifications.

The evening featured speeches from the Master Builders President, heartfelt testimonials from trainees and employers, and the formal presentation of certificates.

The atmosphere was one of pride and accomplishment, with 120 attendees creating a room full of happy faces as the construction community gathered to celebrate these significant professional milestones.

Night Two: Continued Celebration

The second evening was expertly hosted by Lakes TA Joe Schweizer, who stepped into the MC role with distinction. 65 attendees enjoyed a lively evening filled with great speeches, proud parents, and proud employers, creating another room full of happy faces.

The energy and enthusiasm continued from the previous night, reinforcing the strong bonds within the construction community and the shared pride in these professional achievements.

More than just a graduation, this two-night event served as a powerful reminder of the value of these celebrations and the strength of the construction community. It celebrated not only individual achievement but also the collective effort to build a better future—one skilled worker at a time.
