On Friday 12 June, 50 BCITO graduates from Manawatū and surrounding regions gathered at the Palmerston North Conference & Function Centre to celebrate the completion of their trade qualifications.

The graduates represented a wide range of trades, including Aluminium Joinery, Automotive Reglazing, Brick and Block Laying, Carpentry, Flooring Installation, Glass and Glazing, Joinery, Painting and Decorating, Tiling, and Construction Trades Supervision.

BCITO Business Strategy Manager John Cole acknowledged the vital role that whānau, friends, and employers played in helping each graduate reach this milestone. Each graduate was introduced by their BCITO Training Advisor, who shared a few highlights from their individual journey before the graduate stepped onto the stage to receive their certificate and see their work showcased on the big screen.

It was inspiring to hear the stories behind each achievement, and the confidence employers have placed in these graduates. Their success reflects the dedication and hard work they've put into building their careers.
