Celebrating Success: Apprentice Graduation at Bruce Pulman Arena

On Monday, 10 November, we celebrated a major milestone at Bruce Pulman Arena in Papakura — our second graduation ceremony for 2025. The evening recognised the success of 37 newly qualified BCITO tradespeople across a range of disciplines: Carpentry, Supervisor, AAJ, Concrete, P&D, and Joinery.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of employers, friends, and whānau, and the dedication of our Pukekohe Training Advisors, who guided each graduate to this point.

We were privileged to have John Cole (BSM Northern), Karl Sutton (Industry Advocate Manager), and Rima Nakhle (National MP for Takanini) join us, adding to the significance of the occasion.

Key highlights from the evening included Rima’s participation in the presentation ceremony, standing alongside the graduates and their Training Advisor. The event also featured strong representation, with sizeable graduates from both Precision Aluminium and Hynds Pipes (Pokeno).
