We are offering free in-person workshops that help employers/trainers learn the skills needed to support and train their apprentices. Please complete the form to register your interest. After 35 years in the training business, we at BCITO feel we have a pretty good idea of the sorts of things that will best help trainers achieve good outcomes for their apprentices and their business. This workshop will cover a range of things that trainers typically want to know how to do, such as, how to communicate with an apprentice who does not appear motivated to learn.
