It honours individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to mastering their trade. This is a steppingstone to greater achievements, motivating apprentices to continue excelling in their careers.

To be eligible for this award, the nominee must have attended their first Off Job Training Course after 1 April 2024.
Both Employer and Training Advisor MUST complete their relevant online application forms for the apprentice to be submitted.
