Shawn's career in the industry spans 25 years. He says this year stands out above the rest as he recently had his experience recognised by BCITO and earned his own qualification. Shawn is not afraid to lead by example and believes that training allows a person to step up their career progression. He says, “With encouragement, employees set themselves high standards which allow them to increase their skill levels. We go above and beyond for our employees as they are effectively a second family which means we are there for both the highs and the lows.”
