Full EAP support

With BCITO you can access free physical, mental, financial, and legal support. This is covered under EAP (Employee Assistance Program) for all our employers and apprentices - to create happier, healthier workplaces.

Sleep & Fatigue Coaching

Access free online sessions to improve sleep, manage fatigue, and support stress reduction. Ideal for shift workers, this support is available to all BCITO employers and apprentices.

  • Improve sleep quality and manage fatigue
  • Build knowledge and understanding
  • Support for sleep habits, stress reduction, and relaxation techniques
  • Beneficial for those on shift work


Nutritional Support

Support services to help you learn about balanced diets, portion control, and managing weight. This free support is designed to enhance your well-being and prevent chronic diseases.

  • Sessions run online by a qualified Dietician
  • Learn about balanced diets, portion control, and dietary preferences
