From the nominations, BCITO will select one boss from each of our 16 sectors. Winning bosses will enjoy a trip to Auckland for the BCITO Skills Summit Gala Dinner on 5 November 2024 and receive a prize package worth over the value of $1,500.
And the BCITO apprentices who nominates a winning boss? You'll get a prize package worth $500 too!
