The AAJ Most Promising Apprentice Award acknowledges an apprentice who has shown exceptional potential early in their training. It honours individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to mastering their trade. This is a stepping stone to greater achievements, motivating apprentices to continue excelling in their careers.

To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be in a current BCITO Training Agreement and have completed a year’s training since April 2024.
Both Employer (you) and Training Advisor MUST complete their relevant online application forms.
