The 4 top apprentices chosen will compete against each other in a practical painting situation held over the period of a week and judged by a panel of industry professionals.

The overall winner will be become

“Master Painters Apprentice of the Year”

and will be announced at the Master Painters 2025 Conference in The Bay of Islands, Waitangi.
