Summer Smoko Christmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter - This giveaway is organized by BCITO.
2. Eligibility - The giveaway is open to BCITO apprentices and employers only. Participants must be aged 16 years or older at the time of entry.
3. Entry Period - The giveaway will run from 9:00 AM on Wednesday, 11th December 2024, to 12:00 AM on Wednesday, 18th December 2024. Entries close at 12:00 AM on the final day.
4. How to Enter - Participants can enter by following the instructions on the official BCITO social media post for the giveaway. This includes:

• Tagging a mate in the comments of the giveaway post.
• Sharing the post to your story for an additional entry.

1. Prizes - Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Winner Selection - Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries for each day’s giveaway. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the entry period closing. Winners will be announced via BCITO’s social media stories and notified via direct message.
3. Claiming Prizes - Winners must respond to the notification message within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
4. Publicity - By entering the giveaway, participants consent to BCITO using their name, social media handle, and entry for promotional purposes.
5. Liability - BCITO will not be held responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond its control that affect the outcome of the giveaway.
6. Changes and Cancellation - BCITO reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason deemed necessary.
7. Privacy - Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with BCITO’s privacy policy.
